Frequently asked questions

Are these phones new?

No. They are second-hand, tested and graded by cosmetic condition. None are sold as sealed or brand new.

Will the phone work on my network?

Yes. Every phone is unlocked, so you can use a SIM from EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, giffgaff or any other UK network. Each listing states whether the model is 5G or 4G.

What battery health will I get?

Every refurbished phone has at least 85% battery health at dispatch, whichever grade you choose.

Which phone should I choose?

Start with your budget and how long you want software updates. Newer models such as the iPhone 16 or Galaxy S25 series are supported for longer, while older flagships cost less.

Do you sell Open Box phones?

Yes. The Samsung Galaxy A27, A37 and A57 5G are sold in Open Box (Activated) condition in their own collection.
