Warranty Policy – The Tech Gadgets

Brand New Products:
All new items purchased from The Tech Gadgets come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty. The Tech Gadgets ensures that the respective manufacturer covers the products for a specific period. However, please note that after the initial 30-day return period, The Tech Gadgets is not responsible for any further return, refund, or exchange requests. In such cases, customers are advised to contact the Manufacturer’s Customer Support directly for assistance, unless otherwise specified.

All Other Conditions:
For items under all other conditions (Like New, Excellent, Very Good, or Fair) sold by The Tech Gadgets, we provide a 12-month warranty covering defects and malfunctions for your peace of mind.

Please note that “Like New” items may or may not come with original packaging, and devices are activated before dispatch for testing purposes. These may also include stock previously used for display purposes.

Warranty Exclusions:
The Tech Gadgets Warranty does not cover the following situations:

· Physical or Water Damage:
The warranty becomes invalid if the device has been physically damaged or exposed to water. This includes damage caused by accidental drops, impact, or liquid contact. In case of water damage, repairs may not be possible, as water-damaged devices can develop further faults over time even after initial repair. Such devices will be returned in the same condition.

· Electrical Failure or Short Circuits:
Damages resulting from electrical faults, such as short circuits or power surges, are not covered under warranty.

· Battery Faults:
Any issues related to the device’s battery, including defects or malfunctioning, are not covered by the warranty.

Repair / Replacement Policy:
Under our warranty policy of up to one year, The Tech Gadgets will assess the reported issue and attempt to repair the device first. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided. The defective device must be returned to The Tech Gadgets before any repair or replacement is processed. Replacement units will not be dispatched until the faulty device has been received. Customers are advised to fully understand and agree to this condition before placing an order.

Important Note:
The Tech Gadgets Warranty covers only manufacturer-related faults during the warranty period. If the issue is not related to a manufacturing defect, or if the device has been inspected or repaired by a third party without The Tech Gadgets’ approval, the warranty will be void.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of parts and repairs. Pricing will be based on the Manufacturer or Authorized Dealer’s website. If the pricing is unavailable, The Tech Gadgets’ listed price will be considered final and non-negotiable.
