Warranty Policy
At The Tech Gadgets, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable after-sales support. Please read our warranty policy carefully to understand what is covered.
Brand New Products
All brand-new products purchased from The Tech Gadgets come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty. The warranty coverage period is defined by the respective manufacturer.
Please note that after the initial 30-day return period, The Tech Gadgets is not responsible for any further return, refund, or exchange requests for brand-new items. Customers are advised to contact the manufacturer’s customer support directly for warranty claims, unless stated otherwise.
All Other Conditions (Refurbished & Pre-Owned)
For products sold under conditions such as Like New, Excellent, Very Good, or Fair, The Tech Gadgets provides a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional malfunctions.
Please note:

“Like New” items may or may not include original packaging

Devices are activated before dispatch for quality testing

Some units may have been previously used for display purposes
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
Physical or Water Damage
The warranty becomes void if the device has suffered physical damage or water exposure, including accidental drops, impact damage, or liquid contact. Water-damaged devices may develop further faults over time and will be returned in the same condition if repair is not possible.
Electrical Failure or Short Circuits
Damage caused by power surges, electrical faults, or short circuits is not covered under warranty.
Battery-Related Issues
Battery defects, reduced capacity, or battery malfunction are excluded from warranty coverage.
Repair & Replacement Policy
Under our warranty (up to 12 months), The Tech Gadgets will inspect and attempt to repair the reported issue first. If repair is not possible, a replacement will be offered.

The faulty device must be returned before repair or replacement

Replacement units will only be dispatched after receiving the faulty device
By placing an order, customers confirm their understanding and acceptance of this condition.
Important Notice
This warranty covers manufacturer-related faults only during the warranty period. The warranty will be void if:

The issue is not related to a manufacturing defect

The device has been repaired or inspected by a third party without approval
In such cases, customers will be responsible for repair and parts costs. Pricing will be based on the manufacturer or authorised dealer’s pricing. If unavailable, The Tech Gadgets’ listed price will be final and non-negotiable.
