Shipping Policy– The Tech Gadgets

At The Tech Gadgets, we are committed to providing fast and efficient service. To ensure your order is processed and shipped promptly, please review our same-day dispatch policy below.

Same-Day Dispatch Guarantee:
Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) before 3:00 PM are dispatched on the same day.

Order Timing & Delivery Estimates:

· Monday to Thursday (before 3:00 PM): Dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day.

· After 3:00 PM Thursday: Dispatched on Friday, with delivery expected on Monday.

· Orders over £200: May be delivered on Saturday upon special request made before 2:30 PM on Friday (extra fee may be applied).

· After 3:00 PM Friday – Sunday: Dispatched on Monday, delivery expected on Tuesday.

Bank and public holidays are excluded from our same-day dispatch guarantee. We work closely with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Progress Updates:
We believe in transparency and keeping you informed. You’ll receive regular email updates about your order status. If you don’t see them in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder. Once tracking details are available, you’ll automatically receive an email with the tracking number and courier name so you can monitor your parcel.

Free Shipping Delivery Time:
For orders eligible for free shipping, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location or external factors such as Covid-19 restrictions. We always aim to deliver your package as quickly as possible while ensuring safety and reliability.

Next Day Deliveries:
For customers selecting next-day delivery, we prioritize dispatch to ensure delivery on the next working day. However, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. Rest assured, we will always do our best to minimize any delays.

Delivery Method:
We primarily use Royal Mail as our trusted delivery partner due to their reliability and efficiency. In some cases, we may use other reputable couriers such as DPD or FedEx.

Tracking Your Order:
You can easily track your parcel using our “Track Your Order” feature. Simply click the provided link in your confirmation email to view real-time updates on your delivery progress.

Delayed / Lost / In Transit:
If your parcel is delayed and you paid for next-day delivery, we will refund the shipping cost. For free shipping orders, no refund applies for delays. In cases where a parcel is lost or stuck in transit, a full refund will be issued after 15 working days from the shipping date.

Damaged / Opened / Re-Sealed Parcels:
If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or resealed, please decline the delivery and notify us immediately. This helps protect you from potential loss. If you accept the parcel and later discover damage, please contact the courier for evidence. Without this, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement, and The Tech Gadgets cannot be held liable.

Proof of Non-Delivery:
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please provide evidence of non-delivery within 10 days from the recorded delivery date. Contact the courier to confirm whether the parcel was delivered to your address and forward their written response to info@thetechgadgets.co.uk.

We require valid written proof from the courier confirming non-delivery. Inquiry or complaint references are not sufficient evidence. Without this, we cannot submit a claim, and any resulting loss will be the customer’s responsibility.
