01Connectivity and compatibility
Samsung says 24-bit Hi-Fi needs a Galaxy device on One UI 4.0 or later, and 360 Audio with head tracking needs a compatible Galaxy phone or tablet. On other Android phones you still get noise cancellation and settings through the Galaxy Wearable app. With an iPhone they work as Bluetooth earbuds with touch controls; Samsung's Hi-Fi and 360 Audio features need a Galaxy device.
02Sound and noise cancellation
A two-way speaker separates bass and treble. Samsung uses three high-SNR microphones for noise cancellation, and Voice Detect switches to Ambient sound and lowers your music when you start speaking.
03Battery and water resistance
Samsung rates up to 5 hours with ANC on and 18 hours with the case. Those are new-unit ratings; a pair of this age will usually give less. Our 12-month warranty covers faults. IPX7 is a strong water rating for earbuds, covering sweat and rain, though Samsung doesn't intend them for swimming.

Is it worth buying pre-owned in 2026?
For Galaxy owners after Hi-Fi sound at a lower price than the Buds3 Pro, it's a reasonable choice. Battery is the trade-off: the rating was shorter than the Buds3 Pro when new, and these have had more use.

Are these Galaxy Buds2 Pro new?
No. They're pre-owned and sold in Pristine Condition after testing and cleaning. They aren't sealed or refurbished by Samsung.
Will I get 24-bit Hi-Fi audio on my phone?
Only on a Samsung Galaxy device running One UI 4.0 or later, according to Samsung. Other phones use standard Bluetooth codecs.
How long will the battery last?
