Is a refurbished phone as good as new?

It works like new: every phone is fully tested and has at least 85% battery health. The grade tells you how it looks, from Like New to Very Good.

Are your phones unlocked?

Yes, our refurbished phones are unlocked for all UK networks. They work with EE, O2, Vodafone, Three and their sub-brands.

What warranty do I get?

Every refurbished phone comes with a 12-month warranty from The Tech Gadgets. If a fault appears, we inspect and repair it, or replace it if repair isn't possible.

How fast is delivery?

Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day from Manchester. Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days and is free over £50, otherwise £4.99; Special Delivery (next working day) is £9.99.

Can I return it?

Yes, you can return unused items within 30 days. You also have the legal 14-day right to cancel an online order, and faulty items are covered by the warranty.
