01Network and SIM
It's unlocked for EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, giffgaff and other UK networks. Apple specifies 5G, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3, and UK models take a nano-SIM plus an eSIM, or two eSIMs. 5G depends on your network, plan and location.
02Display
Apple specifies a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED at 2556 x 1179 pixels (460 ppi), with up to 2,000 nits peak brightness outdoors. It has the Dynamic Island instead of a notch and refreshes at 60Hz.
03Performance and storage
Apple lists the A16 Bionic with a 6-core CPU and 5-core GPU, which handles everyday apps, photo editing and games comfortably. Storage can't be expanded, so choose now: 128GB suits people who keep photos in iCloud, while 256GB or 512GB suits large libraries, offline video and 4K recording.
04Cameras
Apple specifies a 48MP Main camera (ƒ/1.6) and a 12MP Ultra Wide (ƒ/2.4). The Main camera can crop to a 12MP 2x view, giving Apple's quoted 4x optical zoom range from ultra wide to 2x. There's no separate telephoto lens. The front camera is 12MP (ƒ/1.9).
05Battery and charging
Apple rates the iPhone 15 at up to 20 hours of video playback when new. A refurbished battery has aged, so every grade has at least 85% battery health at dispatch, and you can check it in Settings › Battery. It charges over USB-C at USB 2 speeds and supports MagSafe wireless charging at up to 15W.
06Software updates and Apple Intelligence
It runs iOS 27, released 14 September 2026. Apple's UK PSTI statement commits to security updates for at least five years from first supply on 22 September 2023, so until at least September 2028. Apple Intelligence isn't supported on this model.

Is a refurbished iPhone 15 worth buying in 2026?
For most people, yes: USB-C, the Dynamic Island, a 48MP camera and current iOS for less than a newer model. The trade-offs are no Apple Intelligence, a 60Hz screen and a used battery.

Is this iPhone 15 new?
No. It's a refurbished, pre-owned iPhone 15. It has been used before, then tested and cleaned. It is not sealed and we don't sell it as new.
Will it be locked to someone else's Apple ID?
It shouldn't be. If the phone ever asks for a previous owner's Apple ID (Activation Lock) during set-up, contact us straight away. A phone you can't set up is faulty, so our 12-month warranty and your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights apply.
Does the iPhone 15 support Apple Intelligence?
No. Apple lists Apple Intelligence for the iPhone 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max and the iPhone 16 range onwards, not the iPhone 15 or 15 Plus. The rest of iOS 27 works as Apple supports it on this model.
Will it work on my UK network and with eSIM?
Yes. It's unlocked and works on all UK networks, with a nano-SIM, an eSIM or two eSIMs. 5G works where your network and plan support it.
What battery health will I get?
At least 85% on every grade, checked before dispatch. You can see the figure in Settings › Battery › Battery Health.
