01Network and SIM
It's unlocked for every UK network, including EE, O2, Vodafone, Three and giffgaff. Apple specifies 5G, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. UK models take a nano-SIM and an eSIM, or two eSIMs, so work and personal numbers can share one phone.
02Display
Apple specifies a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED at 2556 x 1179 pixels with ProMotion, adjusting the refresh rate up to 120Hz, plus an Always-On display and up to 2,000 nits outdoors.
03Performance and storage
Apple lists the A17 Pro with a 6-core CPU and 6-core GPU; it's the chip that lets this model run Apple Intelligence. USB-C runs at USB 3 speeds with a suitable cable. Storage runs from 128GB to 1TB and can't be expanded.
04Cameras
Apple specifies a 48MP Main (ƒ/1.78), a 12MP Ultra Wide (ƒ/2.2) and a 12MP Telephoto with 3x optical zoom (ƒ/2.8), for a quoted 6x optical zoom range. The front camera is 12MP (ƒ/1.9). The dedicated 3x lens is the main photographic step up from the iPhone 15.
05Battery and charging
Apple rates the iPhone 15 Pro at up to 23 hours of video playback when new. As a used phone its battery has aged; the standard for each grade is in the key facts, and you can check the figure in Settings › Battery. It charges over USB-C and supports MagSafe.
06Software updates and Apple Intelligence
It runs iOS 27, released 14 September 2026, and Apple lists it as compatible with Apple Intelligence. Apple's UK PSTI statement commits to security updates for at least five years from first supply on 22 September 2023, so until at least September 2028.

Is a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro worth buying in 2026?
It's the lowest-cost way into Apple Intelligence on a compact 6.1-inch iPhone, with a 120Hz screen and a real 3x telephoto. The trade-offs are a used battery and a year less of support than an iPhone 16 Pro.
Who it's for
Choose it for Pro features in a phone that fits one hand. For a bigger screen, 5x zoom and longer battery life, see the iPhone 15 Pro Max. If you don't need the telephoto or 120Hz, the iPhone 15 costs less.

Is this iPhone 15 Pro new?
No. It's a refurbished, pre-owned iPhone 15 Pro. It has been used before, then tested and cleaned. It is not sealed and we don't sell it as new.
Will it be locked to someone else's Apple ID?
It shouldn't be. If the phone ever asks for a previous owner's Apple ID (Activation Lock) during set-up, contact us straight away. A phone you can't set up is faulty, so our 12-month warranty and your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights apply.
Does the iPhone 15 Pro support Apple Intelligence?
Yes. Apple lists the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max as compatible. The standard iPhone 15 and 15 Plus are not.
Will it work on my UK network and with eSIM?
Yes. It's unlocked for all UK networks and takes a nano-SIM and an eSIM, or two eSIMs.
What battery health will I get?
