01Network and SIM
Unlocked for EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, giffgaff and other UK networks, with 5G where your plan supports it. Nano-SIM plus eSIM. Message us before ordering if you need to confirm the exact model code.
02Display
Samsung specifies a 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen, up to 120Hz and 2,600 nits peak, behind Corning Gorilla Armor, which Samsung says cuts reflections. Its flatter edges also suit S Pen writing.
03Performance and storage
Every S24 Ultra uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy with 12GB of RAM, whatever its region. With no microSD slot, choose 512GB or 1TB if you shoot lots of 4K or 8K video.
04Cameras
Samsung lists a 200MP main camera, 50MP 5x periscope, 10MP 3x telephoto, 12MP ultra wide and 12MP selfie camera. It launched with Galaxy AI tools such as Circle to Search, Generative Edit and Live Translate; some need a Samsung account and internet, and availability depends on software and region.
05Battery
Samsung rates it at 5,000mAh with 45W wired and 15W wireless charging when new. A used battery will have aged, so check the minimum health for your grade in Key facts.
06Software updates and build
Samsung promises seven Android upgrades and seven years of security updates for the S24 series, so support should run into 2031. Samsung rated it IP68 when new, but we can't guarantee water resistance on a used phone.
07S23 Ultra vs S24 Ultra vs S25 Ultra
The S24 Ultra added titanium, a 50MP 5x zoom and three more OS upgrades than the S23 Ultra. The S25 Ultra adds a newer chip and 50MP ultra wide, but its S Pen drops the Bluetooth Air Actions the S24 Ultra keeps.

Is it worth buying refurbished in 2026?
For most Ultra buyers, yes: S Pen support, both zoom lenses and about five more years of promised updates, from £507.60 (256GB Like New, 27 Sep 2026). The trade-offs are a used battery, a 2024 chip and a heavier 232g body.
Who it's for
Choose it if you write with a stylus, shoot at long zoom or want long update support. If you just want a big screen, the Galaxy S24+ is lighter and cheaper.

Is this Galaxy S24 Ultra new?
No. It's a refurbished, used phone that has been tested, cleaned and graded. The grade you choose tells you how it looks; all grades should work fully.
Does it come with the S Pen?
We can't guarantee it, so message us before ordering and we'll confirm whether the unit we send includes one. The S24 Ultra has a built-in S Pen slot.
Will it be locked to someone else's Samsung or Google account?
It shouldn't be. If the phone ever asks for a previous owner's Google or Samsung account during set-up, contact us straight away. A phone you can't set up is faulty, so our 12-month warranty and your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights apply.
What battery health will I get?
At least 85% on every grade, checked before dispatch. You can see the figure in Settings › Battery › Battery Health.
What's in the box?
