01Network and SIM
Unlocked for every UK network, including EE, O2, Vodafone, Three and giffgaff. Samsung lists 5G, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, with a nano-SIM slot plus eSIM support for a second line on UK models (SM-S926B). SIM support depends on the model supplied, so message us to confirm before you order if you need eSIM.
02Display
Samsung specifies a 6.7-inch QHD+ (3120 x 1440) Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a 1–120Hz adaptive refresh rate. That's a higher resolution than both the 6.2-inch S24 and the 6.7-inch S24 FE, which use FHD+, so text and photos look sharper up close.
03Performance and storage
Samsung UK lists the Exynos 2400 for Galaxy in UK models, paired with 12GB of RAM, 4GB more than the standard S24. That headroom helps with multitasking and keeping apps open in the background. Storage is 256GB or 512GB, with no memory card slot.
04Cameras
The camera set matches the S24: Samsung lists a 50MP wide with optical image stabilisation, a 12MP ultra-wide, a 10MP 3x telephoto and a 12MP selfie camera. Generative Edit and Edit Suggestion come as part of Galaxy AI's Photo Assist tools.
05Battery and charging
Samsung rates the S24 Plus at 4,900mAh typical when new and quotes up to 65% in about 30 minutes with its 45W adapter and a 5A cable. Wireless charging and Wireless PowerShare are supported. Every grade has at least 85% battery health at dispatch.
06Software updates
Samsung promises seven generations of Android upgrades and seven years of security updates for the S24 series, which launched worldwide in January 2024, so support lasts until 2031. It launched with Android 14 and One UI 6.1, including Circle to Search with Google and Live Translate. Samsung notes that some Galaxy AI features need a network connection and a Samsung Account, and availability varies by region and language. Samsung first said its Galaxy AI features would be free until the end of 2025; its support pages now say basic Galaxy AI features provided by Samsung are free.

Is a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus worth buying in 2026?
Yes, if you want a big, sharp screen and a strong battery for well under flagship money. At £399 for 256GB it's about £600 less than Samsung's UK launch price of £999 (Samsung UK Newsroom, January 2024). The catch on this listing is that you can't choose a grade yet, so ask us which grade is in stock.
Who it's for
