How we test and grade
Every refurbished phone from The Tech Gadgets is fully working, tested and cleaned in Manchester before it is graded. The grade describes cosmetic condition only, and every grade has at least 85% battery health at dispatch.
Our three grades

Unlocked for UK networks
Our refurbished phones are unlocked and work on EE, O2, Vodafone, Three and other UK networks.
Warranty, delivery and returns
- 12-month warranty on every refurbished phone.
- Same-day dispatch from Manchester on orders placed by 3pm, Monday to Friday.
- Standard delivery (1–3 working days) is free on orders of £50 or more, otherwise £4.99. Special Delivery (next working day) is £9.99.
- Unused items can be returned within 30 days. You also have the legal 14-day right to cancel an online order, and faulty items are covered by the warranty and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
