Frequently asked questions

Are these phones new?

No. They are Open Box: set up and activated once, then reset and checked. We don't sell them as sealed or brand new.

Galaxy A27, A37 or A57: which should I choose?

The Galaxy A27 costs the least, the A37 sits in the middle and the A57 is the top model in this range. All three are 5G and unlocked.

Do they work on UK networks?

Yes. Every phone is unlocked and works with a SIM from any UK network. As these are international stock, message us before ordering if you need a particular 5G band confirmed.

What's in the box?

International packs can differ from UK retail packs, so please message us before ordering to confirm the box contents.
