01Network, SIM and stock origin
It is unlocked for EE, O2, Vodafone, Three and all other UK networks, with 5G support. OnePlus sold the 13 in the UK in 256GB and 512GB. The 1TB version was not a UK model, so it may carry a different model code and box. Core performance is the same; message us before ordering if you need the exact model code.
02Display
OnePlus specifies a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED at 1440 x 3168 resolution with a refresh rate up to 120Hz. It is the largest, sharpest screen in our OnePlus range.
03Performance and storage
Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite powers the phone, with 12GB, 16GB or 24GB of RAM depending on storage. It handles demanding games and heavy multitasking. There is no memory card slot.
04Cameras
OnePlus lists three 50MP rear cameras, tuned with Hasselblad: main, 3x telephoto and ultrawide. The front camera is 32MP. Having the same resolution on all three lenses keeps detail consistent when you switch between them.
05Battery
OnePlus rates the battery at 6,000mAh, with 100W SUPERVOOC wired and 50W wireless charging on compatible OnePlus chargers. Our minimum battery health at dispatch: 85%+ on every grade (Like New, Excellent and Very Good). We include a free USB-C charging cable and SIM ejector pin.
06Built to last and software updates
The OnePlus 13 carries IP68 and IP69 ratings as manufactured; don't rely on them after refurbishment. OnePlus promises four Android upgrades (up to Android 19) and six years of security updates from the January 2025 launch, which OnePlus's promise puts at early 2031.

Is a refurbished OnePlus 13 worth buying in 2026?
It is the newest and fastest OnePlus we sell, with years of updates left, so it suits people who keep a phone for a long time. At from £780 it costs more than most refurbished flagships; if you don't need the telephoto or wireless charging, the 13R is cheaper.

Is this OnePlus 13 new?
No. It is a used phone that has been refurbished and graded Like New, Excellent or Very Good. Choose the grade that matches the condition you want.
Is the 1TB model a UK version?
No. OnePlus sold the 13 in the UK in 256GB and 512GB only. The 1TB model comes from another market; it is covered by our 12-month warranty, but OnePlus UK may not repair it under manufacturer warranty. Message us before ordering if you need to confirm its model code or network bands.
Does it support eSIM?
The UK model supports dual nano-SIM and eSIM (carrier dependent). eSIM support can differ on non-UK units, so message us before ordering if you need eSIM.
Will it be locked to an account?
It shouldn't be. If the phone ever asks for a previous owner's Google or OnePlus account during set-up, contact us straight away. A phone you can't set up is faulty, so our 12-month warranty and your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights apply.
