01Network and SIM
It's unlocked for EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, giffgaff, Tesco Mobile, Sky Mobile, Lebara and iD Mobile. 5G works where your network and plan support it. Message us before ordering if you need to confirm the exact model code.
02Display
Samsung specifies a 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen that adjusts between 1Hz and 120Hz, with 1,750 nits peak brightness and Vision Booster for sunny days. The squared-off, curved-edge design follows the old Galaxy Note, leaving room to write straight onto the glass with the S Pen.
03Performance and storage
UK and European models use Samsung's 4nm Exynos 2200; other regions use Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The 128GB version has 8GB of RAM and the larger sizes have 12GB. There's no microSD slot, so pick 512GB or 1TB if you film in 8K or keep lots of offline media.
04Cameras
Samsung lists four rear cameras: 108MP wide, 12MP ultra wide, a 10MP 3x telephoto and a 10MP periscope with 10x optical zoom, reaching 100x Space Zoom digitally. The front camera is 40MP, and the rear records video at up to 8K at 24fps.
05Battery
Samsung rates the battery at 5,000mAh (typical) with 45W wired charging, 15W wireless and Wireless PowerShare for topping up earbuds. The battery has been used before, so capacity will be below new. Our minimum battery health at dispatch is at least 85% on every grade (Like New, Excellent and Very Good).
06Built to last and software updates
It has Gorilla Glass Victus+ front and back on an aluminium frame, and Samsung rated it IP68 when new; we don't re-certify water resistance after refurbishment. Samsung promised four Android upgrades, and Android 16 (One UI 8) was the last. Samsung promised five years of security updates from the February 2022 launch, so security support is near its end.

Is a refurbished Galaxy S22 Ultra worth buying in 2026?
Yes, if you want S Pen support and 10x optical zoom for the lowest price. The trade-offs: major Android upgrades have finished, the Exynos chip runs warmer than later Snapdragon models, and battery life depends on the unit. If you keep phones for four years or more, a newer Ultra is safer.
Who it's for
Note-takers and students who want the S Pen on a budget. Don't need the pen? The Galaxy S22+ is lighter.

Is this Galaxy S22 Ultra new?
No. It's a refurbished, pre-owned phone. It has been tested and graded Like New, Excellent or Very Good. It isn't sealed and doesn't come in new Samsung retail packaging unless we state otherwise.
Does it come with the S Pen?
We can't guarantee it, so message us before ordering and we'll confirm whether the unit we send includes one. The S22 Ultra has a built-in S Pen slot.
Will it be locked to someone else's account?
It shouldn't be. If the phone ever asks for a previous owner's Google or Samsung account during set-up, contact us straight away. A phone you can't set up is faulty, so our 12-month warranty and your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights apply.

How good is the battery?

When will it arrive?
Orders placed by 3pm UK time Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day from Manchester. After 3pm Monday to Thursday they go out the next working day, and after 3pm on Friday or at the weekend on Monday (UK bank holidays excluded). Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days and is free on orders of £50 or more, otherwise £4.99; Special Delivery (next working day) is £9.99.
