Features
Every detail, verified.
01Network and SIM
An unlocked iPhone 11 Pro works on EE, O2, Vodafone, Three and every UK network. Apple lists Gigabit-class LTE with 4x4 MIMO, but no 5G. It uses a nano-SIM and an eSIM together for Dual SIM.
02Display
Apple rates the 5.8-inch Super Retina XDR OLED at 2436 x 1125 (458 ppi), 800 nits typical and 1,200 nits HDR. That's brighter and sharper than the iPhone 11's LCD, in a compact iPhone body that's easy to use one-handed.
03Performance and storage
It runs the A13 Bionic, the same chip as the iPhone 11, so app speed is identical; you're paying for the screen, cameras and build. Apple sold it in 64GB, 256GB and 512GB, and the iPhone 11 Pro 256GB suits most people. Our listing also shows 128GB, which we're checking.
04Cameras
Apple specifies three 12MP cameras: Ultra Wide (f/2.4), Wide (f/1.8) and Telephoto (f/2.0) with 2x optical zoom in and dual optical image stabilisation. Night mode works on the Wide camera, and video records up to 4K at 60 fps.
05Battery and charging
Apple rated the 11 Pro at up to 18 hours of video playback when new. A used battery holds less, so every grade has at least 85% battery health at dispatch. It supports Qi wireless and, per Apple, fast charging with an 18W adapter; no MagSafe.
06Software updates
The iPhone 11 Pro is on Apple's iOS 27 compatibility list (14 September 2026) and received iOS 27.0.1 on 28 September 2026. As part of the oldest supported family, it may not get the next major version. Security updates depend on Apple's policy; check the latest status before you buy.
Condition
Pre-owned. Tested. Honestly graded.
Refurbished means pre-owned: this iPhone 11 Pro isn't new or sealed. It's tested, cleaned, factory reset and signed out of the previous Apple Account, with Activation Lock off. The steel frame and matte glass show wear differently, so grades run Like New, Excellent and Very Good. Like New: no visible marks on the screen or body. Excellent: light signs of use, hard to spot at arm's length. Very Good: visible marks on the body; the screen is in good shape. Every grade is fully working, tested and cleaned, with at least 85% battery health. See how we test and grade.

Compare
How it compares
vs iPhone 11 (from £199.99): same chip, but an LCD and no telephoto. vs iPhone 12 Pro (from £290): adds 5G, MagSafe and LiDAR; see the iPhone 12 Pro. vs iPhone XS (from £135): a similar size, but it stops at iOS 18.
Our view
Is a refurbished iPhone 11 Pro worth buying in 2026?
Yes, if you want a small phone with a telephoto lens and OLED, and 4G is enough. It still runs iOS 27. The iPhone 12 Pro adds 5G and MagSafe for about £50 more, and has a longer future on iOS.
Who it's for
It suits people who like a compact phone but want zoom and a premium steel build. A second hand iPhone 11 Pro bought privately won't carry a warranty; ours has 12 months. For a bigger screen, compare the iPhone 11 Pro Max.
