01Network and SIM
It's unlocked for EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, giffgaff and the rest. Samsung lists 5G, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, a step up from the S24's Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. The UK model (SM-S931B) takes a nano-SIM and supports eSIM. SIM support depends on the model supplied, so message us to confirm before you order if you need eSIM.
02Display
Samsung specifies a 6.2-inch FHD+ (2340 x 1080) Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with a 1–120Hz refresh rate and Vision Booster. At 7.2mm thick and 162g, Samsung's figures make it thinner and lighter than the S24.
03Performance and storage
Every Galaxy S25 uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, so there's no Exynos-or-Snapdragon lottery as there was with the UK S24. Samsung pairs it with 12GB of RAM, up from 8GB. We sell 256GB and 512GB; Samsung never made a 1TB S25.
04Cameras
Samsung lists a 50MP wide camera, a 12MP ultra-wide and a 10MP 3x telephoto, plus a 12MP front camera. 10-bit HDR video is on by default, and the Galaxy AI editor adds Audio Eraser for cutting background noise from clips.
05Battery and charging
Samsung rates the battery at 4,000mAh typical and up to 29 hours of video playback when new, with up to 50% in around 30 minutes on a 25W adapter. Wireless charging is supported. Every grade has at least 85% battery health at dispatch.
06Software updates
Samsung commits to seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates from the S25 series' global launch in February 2025, so support runs to 2032. It launched on Android 15 with One UI 7. Galaxy AI tools include Now Brief, Call Transcript and Audio Eraser; Now Brief needs a Samsung Account, and features vary by country and language. Samsung said Galaxy AI would be free until the end of 2025 and now says basic Samsung features stay free. New-phone offers, such as six months of Gemini Advanced, aren't something we can promise on a refurbished phone.

This Galaxy S25 has had a previous owner; it isn't new or sealed. We test it, clean it, factory reset it and take it off the old owner's Google and Samsung accounts, so it's ready for yours. The grade (Like New, Excellent or Very Good) reflects cosmetic wear only. Like New: no visible marks on the screen or body. Excellent: light signs of use, hard to spot at arm's length. Is a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S25 worth buying in 2026?
Yes, if you want a small phone with the most support left in our Galaxy range: updates to 2032, Snapdragon power and 12GB of RAM. The trade-off is battery size, which is the same 4,000mAh as the S24. And at today's prices the bigger S25 Plus starts lower, at £499.
Who it's for
It suits one-handed users who want current flagship speed and a proper telephoto. If battery life comes first, the Galaxy S25 Plus is the better fit. To spend less on a compact Galaxy, see the Galaxy S24.

Is it unlocked?
Yes. It's unlocked for every UK network and works with a nano-SIM, an eSIM or both.
Galaxy S25 vs S24: what's the difference?
The S25 is faster and has more memory. Samsung lists the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy and 12GB of RAM, against the UK S24's Exynos 2400 and 8GB.
Is there a 1TB Galaxy S25?
