01Network and SIM
Use it on EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, giffgaff or any other UK network. Samsung lists 5G, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. Samsung lists a nano-SIM slot and eSIM support; SIM support can depend on the model supplied, so message us to confirm before you order if you need eSIM.
02Display
Samsung specifies a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen that switches between 60Hz and 120Hz, with Vision Booster to help in bright light. It's the same size as the S24 Plus but at FHD+ rather than QHD+, and slightly taller at 162mm.
03Performance and storage
Samsung fits its 4nm Exynos 2400e with 8GB of RAM. It handles everyday apps, streaming and most games comfortably. Choose 128GB, 256GB or 512GB; there's no microSD slot.
04Cameras
Samsung lists a 50MP wide camera with optical image stabilisation, a 12MP ultra-wide and an 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom, plus a 10MP front camera. That's a lower-resolution telephoto and selfie camera than the S24's 10MP and 12MP units.
05Battery and charging
Samsung rates the FE's battery at 4,700mAh typical when new, between the S24 (4,000mAh) and S24 Plus (4,900mAh), with up to 50% in about 30 minutes on a 25W adapter. Wireless charging and Wireless PowerShare are included. See key facts for the minimum battery health at dispatch.
06Software updates
Samsung says the S24 FE gets seven generations of OS upgrades and seven years of security updates from its global launch in October 2024, so support runs to 2031. It launched on Android 14 with One UI 6.1, and Samsung describes it as having full Galaxy AI capabilities, including Circle to Search with Google and Generative Edit. Samsung notes that some Galaxy AI features need a network connection and a Samsung Account, and availability varies by region and language. Samsung first said its Galaxy AI features would be free until the end of 2025; its support pages now say basic Galaxy AI features provided by Samsung are free.

Before dispatch it's tested, cleaned and factory reset, and the previous owner's Google and Samsung accounts are removed so Factory Reset Protection doesn't block setup. Like New means no visible marks on the screen or body; Excellent means light signs of use, hard to spot at arm's length; Very Good means visible marks on the body, with the screen in good shape.
