01Network and SIM
It's unlocked for EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, giffgaff and other UK networks. This is a 4G LTE phone: Apple lists gigabit-class LTE and no 5G. SIM support is nano-SIM + eSIM, so it will not take a micro-SIM.
02Display
Apple lists a 4.7-inch Retina HD LCD with IPS technology, 1334 x 750 pixels at 326ppi, True Tone and up to 625 nits typical brightness. Touch ID sits in the Home button.
03Performance and storage
It runs on the Apple A13 Bionic with a 6-core CPU and 8-core Neural Engine. Storage is 64GB with no memory card slot, so keep photos and video backed up to iCloud or a computer.
04Cameras
Apple lists a 12MP wide rear camera (f/1.8, optical image stabilisation) with 4K video up to 60fps, and a 7MP front camera.
05Battery and charging
Apple rates the battery at up to 13 hours of video playback when new. It supports fast charging (up to 50% in 30 minutes with an 18W or higher adapter, sold separately) and Qi wireless charging. Our minimum battery health at dispatch is 85% on every grade (Like New and Excellent).
06Software updates
According to Apple UK's iOS 27 page, iPhone SE (2nd generation) is on the list of devices compatible with iOS 27, the current version as of October 2026. It was rated IP67 when new; don't rely on that after refurbishment.
