A refurbished iPhone 13 mini is the Apple iPhone 13 mini (2021): a 5.4-inch, 140g iPhone, pre-owned, tested and unlocked for every UK network, with 5G and the A15 Bionic. Choose 128GB, 256GB or 512GB, graded Like New, Excellent or Very Good, from £264.99, with a 12-month warranty and same-day dispatch.
The iPhone 13 mini works on EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, giffgaff and other UK networks, with 5G where available. Apple specifies Dual SIM with a nano-SIM and an eSIM, with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0. A second hand iPhone 13 mini from us needs no network unlock.
Apple specifies a 5.4-inch Super Retina XDR OLED at 2340 x 1080 pixels and 476 ppi, 800 nits typical and 1,200 nits HDR. It's 64.2mm wide and weighs 140g.
It has the same A15 Bionic as the iPhone 13, with a 6-core CPU and 4-core GPU. There's no card slot; 256GB suits anyone who keeps a lot of video on the phone.
Apple lists the same cameras as the iPhone 13: a 12MP Main at ƒ/1.6 with sensor-shift stabilisation, a 12MP Ultra Wide at ƒ/2.4 and a 12MP ƒ/2.2 front camera. There's no telephoto.
Apple rates it at up to 17 hours of video and 55 hours of audio when new, against 19 and 75 for the iPhone 13. Every grade has at least 85% battery health at dispatch. It charges over Lightning with MagSafe up to 15W.
Apple lists the iPhone 13 mini for iOS 27, current on 30 Sep 2026. Apple's UK PSTI statements commit to at least five years of security updates from first supply; first sold in September 2021, it has now reached that minimum, and further updates aren't promised. It doesn't support Apple Intelligence.
vs iPhone 12 mini: Apple moves from the A14 to the A15 and rates video at 17 hours (12 mini: 15), at 140g against 135g. vs iPhone 13: identical chip and cameras; the 13 is 6.1 inches, 173g and rated for 19 hours. vs iPhone 14: there's no mini, so the smallest step up is 6.1 inches.
This iPhone 13 mini is pre-owned, not new or sealed: tested, cleaned, factory reset and signed out of the previous owner's Apple ID, with Activation Lock off. It's refurbished by The Tech Gadgets, not Apple, and the grade describes cosmetic wear. Like New: no visible marks on the screen or body. Excellent: light signs of use, hard to spot at arm's length. Very Good: visible marks on the body; the screen is in good shape. Every grade is fully working, tested and cleaned, with at least 85% battery health. See how we test and grade. Small phones get pocketed a lot, so check the grade for frame wear.

Yes, if a compact phone matters more to you than battery life. Apple didn't make an iPhone 14 mini, so this is the last 5.4-inch model before the range grew, with the A15 Bionic and iOS 27. The trade-offs are 17 hours of rated video, Lightning, no Crash Detection, and a security minimum that has been reached.
It suits one-handed users, runners and anyone who finds modern phones too big. If you use your phone heavily all day, the iPhone 13 lasts longer and costs less here. On a tighter budget, the iPhone 12 mini is the same size.

Yes. It's unlocked for every UK network, including EE, O2, Vodafone, Three and giffgaff. Apple specifies a nano-SIM plus an eSIM, so SIM-only plans and eSIM both work.
At least 85% on every grade, checked before dispatch. You can see the figure in Settings › Battery › Battery Health.

Yes, if size matters most. It runs iOS 27 on the A15 Bionic, but battery life is shorter than larger models and there's no Crash Detection.
No. Apple replaced the mini with the 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Plus in 2022, so the iPhone 13 mini was the last mini before that change.
For light to moderate use, usually; heavy users may need a top-up. Apple rated it for 17 hours of video when new, and a used battery gives less.
Choose the mini for size and weight; choose the iPhone 13 for longer battery life. Both have the same chip and cameras.
