01Network and SIM
It works on EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, giffgaff and every UK network. The S10e is 4G (LTE) only, per GSMArena; the separate Galaxy S10 5G is a different phone. It takes a nano-SIM, with no eSIM listed.
02Display
Samsung specifies a flat 5.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen at 2280 x 1080 with HDR10+. It is the only flat screen in the S10 range and, at 150g, the smallest Galaxy S we sell.
03Performance and storage
UK models run the Exynos 9820, with 6GB or 8GB of RAM depending on the model supplied (GSMArena; message us to confirm before you order), plus microSD. The fingerprint reader is in the power key, and there is a 3.5mm headphone jack.
04Cameras
Two rear cameras: a 12MP main with a switchable f/1.5–2.4 aperture and a 16MP ultra wide. There is no telephoto, unlike the S10 and S10+. The front camera is 10MP; video goes to 4K at 60fps.
05Battery and charging
Samsung rated the battery at 3,100mAh when new, with 15W wired and wireless charging. It is the smallest battery among our Galaxy S phones. Battery health varies by unit on this listing, so message us to confirm before you order.
06Software updates
The S10e launched in 2019 on Android 9 and ended on Android 12. Android Police reports Samsung ended S10 family support in April 2023, with March 2023 the last patch, and no S10 model is on Samsung's security update list (checked 30 Sep 2026).

Is a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S10e worth buying in 2026?
Only for specific uses: it is the cheapest, smallest Galaxy S we sell at £140, but updates stopped in 2023 and it is 4G only. It suits a child's first phone for calls and messages, a backup phone, or anyone wanting a headphone jack in a small body. For banking, the Galaxy A16 5G costs the same and is still supported.
