Features
Every detail, verified.
01Network and SIM
The iPhone 14 Pro works on EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, giffgaff and other UK networks, with 5G where available. Apple specifies a nano-SIM plus eSIM, or two eSIMs, for UK models; US versions of the iPhone 14 range are eSIM-only. SIM support depends on the model supplied; message us to confirm before you order. A second hand iPhone 14 Pro from us needs no network unlock.
02Display
Apple specifies a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED at 2556 x 1179 pixels with ProMotion up to 120Hz and an Always-On display: 1,000 nits typical, 1,600 nits HDR and 2,000 nits outdoors. The Dynamic Island replaces the notch.
03Performance and storage
This was the first iPhone with the A16 Bionic. Storage runs from 128GB to 1TB with no card slot; 512GB or 1TB suits ProRAW shooters.
04Cameras
Apple lists a 48MP Main (ƒ/1.78), a 12MP Ultra Wide (ƒ/2.2) and a 12MP 3x Telephoto (ƒ/2.8), with a 6x optical zoom range. The 48MP sensor is the key step up from the iPhone 13 Pro's 12MP Main.
05Battery and charging
Apple rates it at up to 23 hours of video and 75 hours of audio when new. Every grade has at least 85% battery health at dispatch. It charges over Lightning, up to 50% in around 30 minutes with a 20W adapter.
06Software updates
Apple lists the iPhone 14 Pro for iOS 27, current on 30 Sep 2026. Security updates depend on Apple's policy; check the latest status before you buy. It doesn't support Apple Intelligence.
07iPhone 14 Pro vs iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 Pro
vs iPhone 13 Pro: Apple moves from the A15 to the A16, from a 12MP to a 48MP Main, adds the Dynamic Island and Always-On display, and rates video at 23 hours (13 Pro: 22). vs iPhone 14: adds 120Hz and a 3x Telephoto. vs iPhone 15 Pro: A17 Pro, titanium, the Action button, USB-C and Apple Intelligence, at 187g.
Condition
Pre-owned. Tested. Honestly graded.
This iPhone 14 Pro is pre-owned, not new or sealed: tested, cleaned, factory reset and signed out of the previous owner's Apple ID, with Activation Lock off. It's refurbished by The Tech Gadgets, not Apple, and the grade describes cosmetic wear. Like New: no visible marks on the screen or body. Excellent: light signs of use, hard to spot at arm's length. Very Good: visible marks on the body; the screen is in good shape. Every grade is fully working, tested and cleaned, with at least 85% battery health. See how we test and grade. Its polished frame shows wear differently from an aluminium iPhone 14.

Compare
How it compares
Our view
Is a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro worth buying in 2026?
Yes, for Pro cameras and a 120Hz screen in a phone that fits one hand. It runs iOS 27 on the A16 Bionic. The trade-offs are Lightning rather than USB-C and no Apple Intelligence; our iPhone 15 Pro adds both, so compare its price.
Who it's for
It suits photographers who want Pro features without a 6.7-inch phone. For the same cameras on a bigger screen, see the iPhone 14 Pro Max. If you don't need a telephoto, the iPhone 14 costs less.

Is it unlocked?
Yes. It's unlocked for every UK network, including EE, O2, Vodafone, Three and giffgaff. UK models take a nano-SIM plus eSIM, or two eSIMs; US versions are eSIM-only, so message us to confirm the SIM type before you order.
What battery health will I get?
At least 85% on every grade, checked before dispatch. You can see the figure in Settings › Battery › Battery Health.
What's in the box?
Your Apple iPhone 14 Pro – Unlocked – Refurbished (UK), a charging cable and a SIM ejector pin, all in protective packaging. The cable and SIM pin are included free.
iPhone 14 Pro vs 13 Pro: which should I buy refurbished?
Choose the 14 Pro for the 48MP camera, Dynamic Island and Always-On display. The 13 Pro costs less here and still has 120Hz and a 3x telephoto.
Does the iPhone 14 Pro support Apple Intelligence?
No. Apple lists the iPhone 15 Pro and later as compatible, not the iPhone 14 Pro. The rest of iOS 27 works as Apple supports it on this model.
How long will the iPhone 14 Pro get updates?
It runs iOS 27. Security updates depend on Apple's policy; check the latest status before you buy.
Is this iPhone 14 Pro new?
No. It's a refurbished, pre-owned phone that has been tested, cleaned, reset and graded for cosmetic wear. It isn't sealed.
