01Connectivity and compatibility
On a Galaxy phone you get quick pairing, the Galaxy Wearable app for settings and updates, and Galaxy AI features such as Interpreter mode on compatible Galaxy phones. Other Android phones can use the app and noise cancellation but not Samsung-only features. With an iPhone they work as Bluetooth earbuds with touch controls, so iPhone owners will usually be better served by AirPods 4.
02Sound and noise cancellation
Samsung uses a single 11mm dynamic driver here, where the Pro adds a separate tweeter. Noise cancellation on an open-fit earbud can't seal the ear, so it takes the edge off background noise rather than blocking it the way a canal-fit design does.
03Battery and charging
Samsung rates up to 5 hours with ANC on and up to 24 hours with the case. A pre-owned battery will usually give less than those new-unit figures. Our 12-month warranty covers faults. The case charges via USB-C.
