Changed your mindYou pay postageItem must be unused

Faulty or damagedWe pay postageCovered by our 12-month warranty

Buying online also gives you a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, even if you've opened the box. We may reduce the refund if the phone has been handled more than needed to inspect it.

12months

Our own warranty, on every phone. If a genuine fault appears, we put it right. You deal with us directly.

Covered

Faults that happen in normal use

Battery stops charging or drains abnormally
Speaker, microphone or earpiece stops working
Camera, Face ID or Touch ID fails
Buttons, charging port or SIM reader fail
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or mobile signal faults
Screen or touch fails without any damage

Not covered

Damage caused after delivery

Cracked or broken screen or back glass
Drops, bends, dents or impact damage
Liquid damage (water, drinks, moisture)
Repairs or parts fitted by anyone else
Normal wear: scratches, battery ageing
Loss, theft or software you install

Example: a phone returned after 3 months with a cracked screen from a drop is damage, not a fault, so it isn't covered by the warranty. A phone whose speaker stops working on its own is a fault, and it is covered.
