01About international stock
This tablet was made for sale in the UAE or Europe rather than supplied by Samsung UK. It runs the same Android and One UI software and works in the UK. A few things can differ from UK stock: the model code (shown on the box and in Settings › About), box printing in another language, and the fact that Samsung UK may not carry out manufacturer warranty repairs on non-UK units. That's why every tablet comes with our own 12-month warranty, and you deal with us directly if anything goes wrong.
02Connectivity
This is the Wi-Fi model. It has no SIM slot, so it connects over Wi-Fi or through your phone's hotspot.
03Display
The 11-inch display has a sharp 1920 x 1200 resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, giving you plenty of room for films, study notes and split-screen apps.

The MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chip and 8GB of RAM is a clear step up from the smaller Tab A11, so multitasking, video calls and games feel quicker.

Condition
What "Open Box (Activated)" means
This tablet comes in its original Samsung box. It has been taken out of the box, switched on, set up and activated, so it isn't sealed and we don't sell it as brand new. Before dispatch we factory reset it, remove every Google and Samsung account, test the screen, cameras, speakers, charging and connectivity, and pack it back in its box. It arrives ready for you to set up with your own accounts, and cosmetically it's in as-new condition.

Who it's for
Choose the Tab A11+ if you want a bigger screen and more performance for study, work, streaming or the whole family, at a lower price than a Galaxy Tab S. If you mainly want a small tablet for reading and video, the Tab A11 8.7" costs less.

Is this tablet brand new?
It's open box stock. The tablet has been set up and activated once, then factory reset and checked, so it isn't sealed. That's why we sell it as Open Box (Activated) rather than brand new.
Will it be locked to someone else's account?
No. We remove all Google and Samsung accounts and factory reset every tablet before dispatch, so you set it up with your own.
Does it take a SIM card?
No, this is the Wi-Fi model. If you want mobile data, choose the LTE or 5G version, or use your phone's hotspot.
What's in the box?
Your Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ 11" 256GB Wi-Fi Grey – Open Box (Activated), a charging cable and a SIM ejector pin, all in protective packaging. The cable and SIM pin are included free.
Who provides the warranty?
We do. Every tablet comes with a 12-month warranty from The Tech Gadgets, and you contact us directly if anything goes wrong. Because it's international stock, Samsung UK may not repair it under manufacturer warranty.
When will it arrive?
Orders placed by 3pm UK time Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day from Manchester. After 3pm Monday to Thursday they go out the next working day, and after 3pm on Friday or at the weekend on Monday (UK bank holidays excluded). Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days and is free on orders of £50 or more, otherwise £4.99; Special Delivery (next working day) is £9.99.
