Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day (excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM Friday to Sunday are shipped on Monday.
Delivery Estimates:
Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days.
Next-Day Delivery: Available at checkout (delays may occur due to courier issues).
Orders over £200: Saturday delivery available upon request before 2:30 PM on Friday.
Tracking & Updates:
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Damaged / Lost Parcels:
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or resealed, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Lost or delayed parcels: Full refund after 15 working days from shipping date.
