01What's in the box
The stick and an Alexa Voice Remote. Please message us before ordering to confirm whether the power adapter, USB cable, HDMI extender, remote batteries and original box are included. Streaming subscriptions such as Netflix or Disney+ aren't included. You'll need your own Amazon account and Wi-Fi to set it up.
02Speed and storage
Amazon's specifications give the second-generation 4K Max a quad-core processor up to 2.0GHz, 2GB of memory and 16GB of storage, double the 8GB in the other sticks we sell. In practice that means room for more apps and quicker menus.
03Wi-Fi 6E
Wi-Fi 6E adds the 6GHz band, which only helps if your router supports it. With an older router the stick still connects normally over 2.4GHz or 5GHz.

What "Pristine Condition" means
This Fire TV Stick 4K Max is pre-owned: it has been used before, so it isn't new or sealed. We test and clean it before listing. Pristine Condition means pre-owned and fully working, with little or no visible wear. The photo is an Amazon product image, not your unit.

Is it worth buying pre-owned?
If you have a 4K TV and want the quickest stick in the range, yes: at £60 with us it's £12 more than our Fire TV Stick 4K. The trade-off is that it's used, within our Pristine definition. No. It's pre-owned in Pristine Condition: used, then tested and cleaned.
Do I need a Wi-Fi 6E router?
No. It works with any home Wi-Fi; the 6GHz band only helps with a Wi-Fi 6E router.
Is it the newer model?
Yes. It's listed as the Wi-Fi 6E model, and Wi-Fi 6E and 16GB storage are only on the 2023 second-generation 4K Max.
Who provides the warranty?
